As our Guest Services Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued patients and play a crucial role in maintaining our warm, inviting, and professional atmosphere.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcome patients and visitors to the clinic, assisting them with check-in and check-out procedures.</li><li>Manage scheduling and appointment reminders for our diverse patient base.</li><li>Handle patient inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email with kindness and efficiency.</li><li>Support our team of healthcare professionals by managing administrative tasks.</li><li>Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold our high standards for customer service.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in basic computer software, including scheduling and office management tools.</li><li>Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is an asset, but not required.
