The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
The People Services, HR Services ER/Compliance Analyst is a part of the ER/Compliance Offboarding Team in a Shared Services environment. The ER/Compliance position supports all Business Units in the Americas and provides direct and indirect support to employees, managers, HR professionals and HR Employment Counsel. In addition, the HR Services ER/Compliance Analyst provides compliance support to RTX policies and local, state and federal law, analyzes customer needs, supports day-to-day activities and operational efficiency, to meet or exceed defined goals and objectives.
What You Will Do
Reduction in Force - Involuntary termination with severance payout following standard RTX Broad-Based Severance Plan
Guidance and support to HRP community on submitting RIF packages
Provide guidance and decision-making input to HRP for special circumstances on various RIF’s
Manage and trouble shoot employee RIF questions across the Value Stream on behalf of the customer experience
Audit and send out RIF Packet to HRP including analyzing changes
Create and manage the manual spreadsheet to support the severance payout process
Research and resolve inquiries regarding the payout process to ensure complete, accurate and timely payout
Process Signed severance agreements and ensure compliance
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience working in a HR Operations capacity
Previous experience working in a Shared Service environment with a focus on Offboarding
Experience with ADP Enterprise version 5, and Workday along with proficient knowledge of MS Office applications especially MS Excel
Ability to partner and interact with managers, HR Partners and employees
Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization, demonstrated evidence of attention to detail, effective project management skills to manage multiple projects, proven expertise in improving processes and reducing cycle time and has the ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility in matrixed environments

The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
