CNA Certified Nurse Assistant at Salisbury Rehabilitation And Nursing Center

Salisbury Rehabilitation And Nursing Center is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team. As a CNA, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing them with fluids and nourishment throughout their scheduled shifts. Additional responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene, observing and reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse, documenting resident food and fluid intake, and providing assistance with feeding and serving nutritional supplements. You will also be responsible for making residents' beds, keeping their living areas clean and tidy, and transporting residents within the facility as needed. Additionally, you may be required to assist nurses and other staff members as needed, while adhering to professional standards and following all facility policies and procedures. It is essential that you abide by all federal, state, and local requirements and standards and maintain the confidentiality of all residents and facility data.

Requirements:

• 1 year of CNA experience preferred
• CNA license required
