Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose complex HVAC system problems and determine the most effective solutions.
- Perform repairs and/or replace faulty parts in HVAC systems to ensure their optimal functioning.
- Install new HVAC systems and associated equipment, following safety regulations and manufacturer instructions.
- Communicate with customers in a respectful and professional manner, providing updates on service progress and answering any questions they may have.
- Document all work performed, including parts used, hours worked, and detailed descriptions of the services provided, for accurate recordkeeping.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HVAC industry trends, regulations, and technologies in order to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage your workload.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to keep accurate records and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose complex HVAC system issues and determine the most effective solutions.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
