You will ensure customer satisfaction by providing a professional and courteous service experience with every project you work on. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals, and your contributions will be instrumental in helping us maintain our excellent reputation.
Responsibilities:
-Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to blueprints and established industry standards
-Install equipment, such as air handlers and condensers, copper refrigerant lines, and electrical connections
-Complete installation and repair projects on time and within budget
-Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
-Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with all installations and repairs
-Deliver superior workmanship, ensuring all installations meet safety requirements and established industry standards
-Maintain accurate and complete job records, including all necessary reports and documentation
-Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-A minimum of 2 years' experience as an HVAC Installer or similar field
-Knowledge of HVAC installation, safety guidelines, and industry standards
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team
-Flexibility to work overtime as needed
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
