Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
LARSEN HEATING & A/C is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Saratoga Springs, Utah. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers stay comfortable year-round. Your main responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service and repair and maintain a variety of heating and cooling systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and heat pumps.
- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify issues and recommend repairs or replacements to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and addressing their concerns with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective job completion.
- Keep accurate records of performed work and parts used.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in HVAC technology and best practices through ongoing training and education.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
- Must hold a valid HVAC technician certification.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergencies.
