Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
At Arkansas River Valley Heating & Air Incorporated, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch heating and cooling services to our clients throughout Russellville, Arkansas. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations on a variety of heating and cooling systems. You will work both independently and as part of a team, troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on various heating and cooling systems, including boilers, furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
- Install new systems and components as needed.
- Ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant codes and standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing recommendations for repairs and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
- Strong working knowledge of heating and cooling systems and their components.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
