Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Hospitality Aide to join our team at Lindengrove New Berlin. In this role, you will provide assistance to our residents in various areas such as dining, housekeeping, and activities. As a Hospitality Aide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities

As a Hospitality Aide, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily activities including dining, housekeeping, and recreational activities
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to residents and their families
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in resident living areas
• Assisting in meal preparation and serving
• Participating in recreational activities and events with residents
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' condition to the appropriate staff

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
