Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Mock AC and Heating, LLC is a leading HVAC service company providing expert installation, maintenance, and repair services to commercial and residential clients in Samson, Alabama. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our customers and ensuring that all HVAC systems are operating efficiently and effectively. This includes performing installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all HVAC equipment, as well as working collaboratively with other team members and communicating with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC equipment
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters and checking refrigerant levels
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Provide recommendations and solutions to customers to ensure maximum system efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have strong problem-solving skills
- EPA certification is preferred
