Key Qualifications and Duties:

Your focus as a Hospital Liaison will be to develop and manage leads in primary referral hospitals and ensure a smooth transition for residents transitioning from the hospital to Kingston. You will facilitate the hospital discharge and Kingston admission process by obtaining required clinical and financial records, facilitating transfer logistics, and serving as an information resource, advocate, and problem solver to discharge planners, potential residents, and family members.

Key qualifications and duties include:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to develop, maintain, and effectively manage a personal professional network
• Understanding of healthcare services, sales, and marketing
• Organization, passion, and integrity
• RN, LPN, or LSW preferred. Will consider other education background in combination with direct relevant past experience.
• 2 years of experience with sales and marketing in a healthcare environment or proven aptitude in sales and marketing
• Prior experience with insurance pre-certification, case management, and/or utilization management highly preferred
