As a leading HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical contractor, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and a comfortable living environment.
In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems while ensuring maximum efficiency and safety. You'll also be accountable for testing and commissioning newly installed systems and following strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
As part of our team, you will be a critical player in maintaining our clients' trust and satisfaction. Your excellent communication skills and customer service mindset will ensure that our clients feel comfortable and informed throughout the installation process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems
- Experience interpreting blueprints and diagrams
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components
- Test and commission newly installed systems
- Follow established safety protocols and comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with team members and clients to identify and address HVAC system issues
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of all installation, repair, and maintenance activities
- Continuously expand knowledge and skills to keep up with industry trends and changes
