Key responsibilities:
- Perform all housekeeping duties in accordance with established standards and schedules
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of resident apartments, common areas, and other designated spaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor
- Uphold a positive and professional attitude while providing superior customer service to residents, visitors, and team members
- Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, friendly demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks
