Lakeland Village Nursing Facility is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Care Providers. As a Direct Care Provider, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our residents.

Job Responsibilities
As a Direct Care Provider, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and recording residents' vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Participating in training and educational programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in direct care or healthcare setting is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect residents' rights
- Strong organizational and time management skills
