Full Job Description

Essential Functions:

• Welcoming customers, listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
• Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Taking inventory and making order for management to ensure the bar is well stocked.
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Must be able to work POS system, handle cash, credit transactions ensuring charges are accurate.
• Must be able to keep a clean work area by removing trash and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
• Must have a great personality and be punctual.
• Must have a professional appearance.
• Must have basic math and computer skills.
• Must have strong task and time management skills.
• Eye for details and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs.
• Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required.
