Job Description: HVAC Installer
Great Mills Heating and Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Lexington Park, Maryland. As a HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating and air conditioning systems while ensuring all work complies with local and state regulations. You will be expected to work independently while also collaborating with other team members to provide the best possible results for each project we undertake.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless project completion.
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses issues in HVAC systems.
- Ensures quality work and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Completes all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
- Attend training sessions and keeps all certifications up to date.
- Follow company and industry safety standards and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC trade school or apprenticeship preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry safety standards and procedures.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in confined and hot spaces, climb ladders, lift heavy objects, and work at heights.
