We are seeking a dependable and skilled HVAC Installer to join our team at Spoon River Heating & Cooling. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various HVAC systems while ensuring all work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
You will be working directly with customers, so exceptional communication skills are required. We are looking for an installer who can work independently or as part of a team and has experience in handling tools and equipment.
Responsibilities:
• Perform HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate with customers to explain work performed and necessary repairs
• Troubleshoot any issues with HVAC systems and provide appropriate solutions
• Ensure that all work performed meets company standards and regulatory requirements
• Ensure company equipment and tools are kept in good condition and report any issues
• Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry advancements
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in HVAC installation
• EPA certification required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license
