Position: Part-Time Life Enrichment Assistant

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team. The Life Enrichment Assistant plays a vital role in creating a positive and engaging environment for our residents. In this role, you will assist with planning and implementing a variety of activities and programs to enhance physical, social, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with planning and preparing a diverse range of activities and programs for residents, ensuring they are tailored to meet individual needs and interests.
- Collaborate with the Life Enrichment Coordinator and other team members to implement scheduled activities and events.
- Encourage and support residents' participation in activities, promoting social interaction and creating a sense of community.
- Provide assistance and guidance to residents during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and develop new ideas.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the well-being of residents and staff.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with seniors is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
