Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
ALL KLEAR PLUMBING is looking for an experienced and dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Springfield, Missouri. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing installation, repairs, and maintenance services on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial customers.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Conduct inspections and diagnose HVAC system issues
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and components
- Monitor and improve system performance
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training courses
- Attend company meetings and training sessions routinely
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while on the job
- Maintain professional and proper communication with customers and team members
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company standards and procedures
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A degree or certification in HVAC repair or relevant field
- A valid driver's license
- At least 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician
- Strong comprehension of HVAC systems and operations
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
