Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Brownwood, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, repair and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in heating and cooling systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Conduct system testing, parts replacement, and system upgrades.
• Respond to emergency calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Accurately document all service requests, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and tidy work environment.

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Technical training in HVAC repair and installation from an accredited institution
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
