Job Description: HVAC Service Technician

We are currently seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Biddeford, Maine. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our clients' HVAC systems. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnosing equipment malfunctions and making necessary repairs
• Replacing or repairing defective components in HVAC systems
• Connecting HVAC systems to fuel and water supply lines
• Testing HVAC systems to identify and fix problems
• Performing scheduled preventative maintenance activities
• Advising clients on how to improve their HVAC systems
• Completing all service reports and paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Representing Atlantic Comfort Systems with the highest level of professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC technician certification
• 3+ years of experience as a HVAC Service Technician
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
