HVAC Service Technician

Location: Henderson, North Carolina

Larry's Service Co. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and service on a wide variety of HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC equipment
- Repair or replace defective components as needed
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients
- Provide recommendations to clients for equipment upgrades
- Complete service tickets, work orders, and other necessary documentation
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (certificate in HVAC training preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in the HVAC industry
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed
