Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Mangrum Air Conditioning, the trusted name in air conditioning and heating in Stephenville, TX, is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues and provide necessary repairs or replacement recommendations
- Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems and components
- Collaborate with team members to provide quality customer service to our clients
- Keep detailed documentation of service calls, including time spent on the job and materials used
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience
- Possess EPA certification
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work weekends and after hours for emergency calls
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
