Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Southern Comfort Solutions LLC is a reputable HVAC company providing quality heating and cooling services to residents and businesses in Gloster, Mississippi. We pride ourselves in delivering exceptional customer service, and we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
As our HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in our customers' homes and businesses. You will be expected to provide excellent service and build positive relationships with our clients while ensuring that their HVAC systems run efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems
• Respond promptly to service calls and perform repairs on HVAC systems
• Install and configure new HVAC systems and associated equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Follow safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• EPA certification
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
