Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Presley Sales and Service is looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Sikeston, Missouri. As a family-owned company, we take pride in providing quality service to our customers. We are looking for a team member who shares our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance for our customers.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on systems to minimize downtime and ensure long-term performance.
- Installation of HVAC equipment accurately and efficiently.
- Keep accurate and timely records of work performed and materials used.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a positive and respectful attitude with all customers.
- Follow all safety guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a technical or vocational school with emphasis on HVAC systems preferred.
- Certification or License as a HVAC Technician.
- 3+ years' experience in HVAC service or installation.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and ability to travel to service calls.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
