Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Maynor Service Company is seeking a self-motivated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a leading provider of HVAC services in Apex, North Carolina, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.
As our HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial clients. This includes identifying and diagnosing issues, repairing or replacing parts, and ensuring that systems are operating efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients
- Diagnose and identify issues with HVAC systems and recommend solutions
- Repair or replace parts as needed
- Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely
- Communicate with clients regarding their HVAC needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Keep accurate records and document all work completed
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, as well as company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- EPA certification preferred but not required
- Availability to work some evenings and weekends as needed
