We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Installer to join our team in New Ulm, Minnesota. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in homes and commercial buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC system equipment, including but not limited to furnaces, air conditioners, humidifiers, and air purifiers
- Install and connect ductwork
- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow industry standards and regulations for HVAC installation and repair
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy HVAC equipment and work in tight spaces
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
