Mac's Comfort Specialist is a leading provider of heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality solutions. We specialize in providing high-quality HVAC services to residential and commercial customers. We are seeking a talented HVAC Installer to join our team in Hillsdale, Michigan. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
• Ensure the timely completion of projects
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
• Operate tools and equipment safely
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Adhere to the company's safety guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of work performed
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC certificate or degree preferred
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and expand knowledge and skills within the industry
