Job Description: HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, performing routine maintenance tasks, and installing new equipment in both residential and commercial settings. You will work closely with our customers to ensure their HVAC systems are running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC repair and maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
- Familiarity with various HVAC tools and equipment
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information in a clear manner
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including identifying and replacing faulty parts
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils and checking refrigerant levels
- Install new HVAC systems and equipment
- Work closely with customers to ensure their HVAC systems are running efficiently and effectively
- Maintain inventory of parts and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service logs and reports
