The Role

As a CNA at Benson Heights Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with patients in a behavioral environment
• Assisting patients with daily activities and personal care
• Collaborating with a Care Manager to oversee the patient's entire experience
• Participating in care planning, outings, and activities to facilitate safe transition into the community

Requirements

To qualify for the role of CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), you must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a valid CNA certification
• Previous experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $31.53 to $43.62 per hour. The estimated salary is $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
