HVAC Installer

Blair Heating & AC is a reputable and well-established company that provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services to residential and commercial customers in Middletown, Ohio, and surrounding areas. We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team.

As an HVAC Installer with Blair Heating & AC, you will be responsible for installing HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, heat pumps, and ductwork. You will also work closely with our Service Technicians, Sales Representatives, and customers to ensure that all installations meet the highest standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC equipment and ductwork in residential and commercial properties

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents

• Perform equipment start-ups, test and adjust equipment to meet performance specifications

• Ensure that all installations comply with industry, local, and company standards

• Work collaboratively with team members, contractors, and customers

• Provide excellent customer service and support

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in HVAC installation

• EPA Universal Certification

• Strong technical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
