Receptionist HCC

Pruitthealth - Valdosta is currently seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist HCC. As a Receptionist HCC, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth administrative operations.


Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate staff members

- Provide accurate information and assist visitors with inquiries

- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory

- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and cohesive office operations

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Professional and pleasant demeanor
