This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $6,100 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 12 months


Cottongim Heating & Cool Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Tifton, Georgia. As our HVAC Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' comfort by delivering high-quality services and repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance checks and repairs on HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and determine the best course of action for repair.
- Install new HVAC systems and components, including ductwork, furnaces, and refrigeration units.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing all duties.
- Communicate effectively with clients, answering questions and explaining HVAC system issues and repair recommendations.
- Keep accurate records of completed work orders, including all services performed, replacement parts, and labor time.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on new HVAC technologies and repair methods.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification or an associate degree in HVAC repair or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
