This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $5,500 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 10 months

Responsibilities:
Maintain all training manuals and procedures.
Develop, organize, and revise new training materials.
Train other staff members.
Coordinate with HR to schedule training sessions for new hires.
Work with senior trainers to develop training classes for new hires.
Be available to other departments as a resource for improving performance and understanding company policies.
