Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - with up to $4,000 sign on bonus
Skld Zeeland is currently seeking experienced and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA at Skld Zeeland, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and assisting residents with their daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitoring residents' vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
- Assisting with transferring and repositioning residents to ensure their comfort and safety
- Providing companionship and emotional support to residents
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding residents who require assistance
- Documenting residents' care and progress in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Following infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean and secure environment
Qualifications:
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records
