Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As our new HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-quality service, repairs, and maintenance to our clients' HVAC systems. You'll work with a variety of clients, including residential and commercial customers, performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and repairing issues, and installing new HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, identifying and repairing any issues before they become larger problems.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, including faulty parts, leaks, and electrical problems.
- Install new HVAC systems, following all technical specifications and ensuring proper functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of all service calls, including repairs, maintenance, and installations performed.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering any questions and addressing concerns to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HVAC or a related field desired.
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
- Professional certification in HVAC, such as NATE or HVAC Excellence.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
