Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to become part of our team in Staunton Virginia. As an HVAC Installer at All-Temp Heating & Cooling, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining HVAC systems for our clients. You will also be required to perform system testing, troubleshooting and ensure that all installations comply with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
• Install, repair and maintain HVAC systems as per customers' requirements
• Ensure that HVAC systems operate at peak efficiency to meet clients' needs
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting
• Ensure that all installations are in compliance with industry standards
• Repair and maintain ductwork and various HVAC components
• Provide technical support to customers in need of assistance
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Installer
• Proficient in installing, repairing and maintaining HVAC systems
• Knowledgeable in HVAC technology and equipment
• Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills
• Able to work in various conditions and environments
• Familiar with safety procedures and protocols
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
