HVAC Service Technician - BELL PRODUCTS INC

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks on HVAC systems, including heating and cooling units, thermostats, and air ducts
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services
- Keep accurate records of all service calls and maintain inventory of necessary parts and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and protocols
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed HVAC technician, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry
- Excellent knowledge of HVAC systems and components, including electrical, refrigeration, and plumbing, as well as a solid understanding of blueprints and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex issues
- Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation
