Ridgecrest Healthcare And Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans for each resident
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, symptoms, and other relevant medical information
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective care
- Educating patients and their families on disease management and promoting healthy lifestyles
- Responding promptly to emergencies and providing emergency care as needed
- Ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
Requirements:
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [insert state]
