As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for our customers. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients are receiving high-quality services and solutions. To thrive in this role, you must possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Installing various types of HVAC equipment, including ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and more.
• Inspecting and diagnosing problems with HVAC systems and performing necessary repairs.
• Conducting preventative maintenance on HVAC units to ensure their optimal functioning.
• Ensuring that all installation and maintenance work is done in line with company policies, industry standards, and relevant codes.
• Providing exceptional service and support to our customers by answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
• Valid driver's license.
• EPA certification (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work in various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
