We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role supports the smooth operation of our administrative and field functions, working closely with management and field teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Billing: Manage all accounting tasks, including billing, tracking payables, and handling purchase orders.
Scheduling: Update and maintain scheduling for ongoing house wiring projects, ensuring field staff are equipped and ready for each task.
Daily Task Management: Keep the task board updated with daily assignments for field technicians and coordinate with job supervisors on project requirements.
Communication: Maintain regular contact with job supervisors and contractors to ensure project timelines and needs are met.
Administrative Support: Assist with general office administrative duties as needed.
