Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Comfort Systems Heat & A/C LLC is a leading provider of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions in Marshfield, Wisconsin. We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team and help us deliver expert service and support to our customers.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and more. Working closely with our customers, you will use your knowledge and expertise to identify problems, determine appropriate solutions, and provide exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular maintenance checks on HVAC systems and components
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HVAC equipment
- Installing, repairing, and replacing a range of HVAC systems and components
- Communicating with customers to ensure their needs are being met and their questions are answered
- Completing all required paperwork, documentation, and reports accurately and on time
- Maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid HVAC certification or license
- At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
