Contract overview
This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $1,300 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 12 months
Residential Assistant
Cares for residents in assisted living facility, under direction of nursing staff, by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine residents' needs.
- Assists residents with specific needs involving their activities of daily living.
- Assists with residents laundry.
- Oversees residents meal preparation in their rooms.
- Changes bed linens, runs errands, directs visitors, and answers telephone.
- Communicate with family members.
- Check resident vitals, weight and blood sugar levels if needed.
- Use of gait belt if needed.
- Proper documentation in PCC.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all resident, staff and organization information.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a valid Ohio STNA license.
