CNA/CMT (All Shifts) Valley Park/Ballwin Location

Lutheran Senior Services At Meramec Bluffs is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Certified Medication Technicians (CMT) for our Valley Park/Ballwin Location. As a CNA/CMT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Observe residents for any changes in behavior, physical condition, or unusual symptoms, and report these to the nursing staff.
• Administer medications according to the prescribed dosage and schedule.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a CNA and/or CMT in the state of Missouri.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Must be able to lift and transfer residents, as needed.
