Receptionist Overnight

St Monica Center for Rehab and Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated and responsible Receptionist for the overnight shift. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, general office work, and maintaining a safe and organized environment for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Provide information to visitors and vendors as needed
Answer all calls properly and with courtesy
Direct calls appropriately and in a timely manner
Communicate messages to appropriate department directors and key senior leadership
Direct first responders appropriately and responsibly
Follow emergency procedures relating to the use of the Intercom System
Monitor sign-in and out protocols
Monitor entrance to ensure no resident leaves the building unaccompanied
Keep reception area neat and organized
Perform light secretarial duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must be knowledgeable in Customer Service and general office work
Ability to work collaboratively with others
Flexible with assignments to meet residents' and family needs
Punctual and reliable with consistent attendance
Adheres to dress code and maintains professional conduct at all times
Knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures specific to abuse prevention
Understanding of emergency procedures in case of fire or evacuation
Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
