Total Energy Management Inc is currently seeking a highly motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Richland, Washington. As a leading energy management firm, we provide cutting-edge solutions and services that optimize energy consumption and enhance the performance of HVAC systems for our clients.
As the HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch installation, maintenance, and repair services for all types of HVAC equipment, including boilers, chillers, furnaces, and air conditioning units. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues and proposing appropriate solutions to ensure the smooth operation of the systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair all types of HVAC equipment.
- Perform routine system inspections and preventative maintenance according to established schedules.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Ensure all repairs and installations are completed in compliance with safety regulations and manufacturers' guidelines.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years HVAC installation and maintenance experience.
- Technical diploma or equivalent certification in HVAC.
- Strong understanding of HVAC repair and installation techniques and best practices.
- Proficient in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
