Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Northwind Air Conditioning, Heating & Mechanical Services is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Houston, Texas. Responsibilities:
- Conducting maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC equipment
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed and parts used
- Adhering to safety protocols and company standards
- Keeping updated with new technologies and industry trends
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in troubleshooting complex HVAC systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, as needed
- Must have EPA certification
- Must have knowledge of local HVAC codes and regulations
