Job Description: HVAC Installer
All Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning, a leading company in the HVAC industry, is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable HVAC Installer to join our team in West Portsmouth Ohio. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work both independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation of HVAC systems, including both ducted and ductless systems
- Perform basic wiring for HVAC systems
- Ensure that all installations are performed according to industry standards and local codes
- Work both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with other installers and service technicians
- Provide excellent customer service, answering any questions or concerns the customer may have
- Follow safety procedures and protocols
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work some weekends and evenings
