We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various types of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HVAC systems and able to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems as necessary
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on HVAC systems and identify any issues
• Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and provide solutions
• Advise customers on energy-efficient HVAC solutions
• Maintain and update service records accurately
• Work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC certification or relevant experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Knowledge of HVAC safety procedures and guidelines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment
