Job Description: HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial clients. You will diagnose and troubleshoot problems, perform repairs and maintenance, and install new equipment when needed. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
We are looking for someone who is customer-focused and highly-skilled in HVAC systems. You must have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Additionally, you must have effective communication skills and be able to explain technical information to non-technical clients.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC service technician.
- EPA Certification.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work weekends and overtime when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications from organizations such as NATE, RSES, or HVAC Excellence.
- Experience servicing and repairing complex commercial HVAC systems.
