HVAC Installer

Superior Heating and Air Conditioning Inc, a leading HVAC service provider, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC installer to join our dynamic team in Richmond, Kentucky. As an HVAC installer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing and repairing various HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
• Install HVAC systems per the manufacturer's specifications and local codes
• Repair and service HVAC equipment as necessary
• Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems and provide necessary solutions
• Ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC installer
• Valid driver's license
• EPA Universal Certification
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
